Yes. You can collect your order from our location at 2 Raoul Wallenberg Street, Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv 6971901. Self-collection is only available after you receive confirmation that your order is ready. You have 14 business days from the confirmation date to collect your items.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase (or from receiving the product) to request a return or exchange. The product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a valid proof of purchase. Returns can be processed via courier for an additional fee or dropped off in person at our Tel Aviv location, subject to prior coordination.
